What We Do
Pre-weigh is a weighing service. We take one of the messiest, most time-consuming parts of rubber production—dry chemical prep—and run it with repeatability you can count on. You provide the recipe and the tolerances. We weigh each dry chemical to spec, package it, label it for traceability, and ship it ready for your operation.

How the Process Works
This is the tour of how we keep your “ducks in a row.”
1. Recipe + requirements come in –You send the recipe, tolerances, labeling requirements, and order schedule.
2. Materials arrive and are received into inventory – Raw materials are typically direct-shipped to our plants and received into our system using your lot numbers tied to our internal tracking.
3. Weighing happens step-by-step, with controls at every stage – Each chemical is weighed to its target and checked by the system before it can move forward.
4. Final check + packaging – Every bag goes through a final check, then is double sealed and staged to fulfill the full order (whatever quantity you need).
5. Labeled for traceability + ready for your inventory system – Each bag carries key identifiers (recipe/product code and lot traceability) so it doesn’t lose its identity—even if it gets moved on your end.
