Over 20 years ago, one of our premier clients asked if we could provide a pre-weigh chemical packaging service for their own rubber manufacturing. It was a no-brainer for us to be able to help our client and we said “of course.” We have successfully continued the operations ever since.
API provides both product reliability and economic value to this critical component of rubber mixing – making our customer’s processes easier and more efficient. Using an advanced automated system, we do our best to tackle just about any project, big or small, that comes our way.
Our chemical packaging service takes away the mess from our customers’ mixing areas so they don’t have to worry about dust and debris. We employ a much tighter and more controlled measuring process with fewer variables to make sure each bag exactly meets customer specifications for accurate recipes.

Quality
To ensure accuracy, we don’t use a blending process when measuring multiple chemicals. Our scales are recalibrated prior to each order, and every chemical is weighed individually before being stacked together. This way, we can guarantee that each bag is exactly the same.
